We stand by our product. If you are not satisfied with your order for whatever reason, we will do everything in our power to make you happy. When you receive your order, please go through it carefully. Inspect, count the items and cross reference with your order. You have 3 business days to inform us of errors,omissions or quality defects.Exchanges/Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date on the receipt and must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt or on-line order form. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges (unless, of course, the mistake was ours). Items must be returned to us in the original, un-used condition for us to accept them. We evaluate returns on a case by case basis.
We do not provide any personally identifiable information about you to any third parties without your consent, unless those third parties have agreed to our confidentiality provisions and only use the information to help us operate the site, or as we are required by law to disclose such information.
Our site has security measures to protect against loss, misuse or alteration of your information. Federal law protects you as a consumer against unauthorized charges made to your card. Talk to your credit card company for more information on protecting yourself from unauthorized charges.

Privacy and Secure Shopping
If you choose to set up a password and account when you order from the site, you will be responsible for keeping your password confidential and bearing liability for any activity resulting from its use. Please exit your account at the end of each session. In the event of unauthorized use of your password, notify the I.Q. Club Solutions immediately.
Order Process for custom items
1.Pricing is submitted to client for approval
2.Client signs quote and submits %50 deposit (%100 for new accounts)
3.Artwork is prepared for client approval
4.Production begins upon receipt of signed quote, artwork and deposit.
5.Manufacturing takes 6-8 weeks from receipt of signed quote and artwork. Rush orders may be subject to supplier surcharges and additional shipping charges
Overages & Shortages
•All custom orders orders are subject to “5% over” quantity variance. Your final invoice will reflect the amount shipped.
•If you require an exact quantity, please specify at time of order
Artwork & Design
•First 30 minutes of artwork is free. Hourly rate is $50/hour thereafter
•Artwork produced for presentation is the property of I.Q. Solutions Company until account is paid in full
•Customer assumes liability for patent and copyright infringement
•If there is a typo or error that was approved on your art proof, it is your responsibility.
•Graphics can be e-mailed in .PDF or Adobe Illustrator .ai file (CS6 or lower). JPG’s may not acceptable quality and art charges may apply should the logo need to be recreated.
•Specified colors will be matched as closely as possible from manufacturers standard colour palette
•Exact Pantone color matching may require special ordering and may be subject to a surcharge.
•A 50% deposit payable by credit card or cheque is required on all custom orders. Full payment is required for all other orders at the time the order is placed.
•Delivery of custom orders is approximately 7 to 9 weeks from the date of arrival of your signed quote, signed artwork and deposit. Delivery of all other orders is based on arrangements with your specific club or your delivery specifications for in stock items. Back Ordered items will ship as soon as they are available.
•RUSH ORDERS can usually be accommodated depending on required date.
•Please specify event date at time of order.
•Quotations are valid for 30 days after which prices are subject to change without notice.
Set Up Charges
•There will be a set up charge on most custom manufactured or personalized items.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Amex or Discover credit cards or cheques with approved credit.
• Terms may be granted upon completion of a credit application.
• Payment policy is net 30 days upon approved credit. No further orders will be processed if an account is past due 45 days. Accounts that exceed 90 days will be closed.
• All orders will be sent by courier and shipping charges added onto the invoice, unless requested otherwise.
• RUSH Shipping costs may include freight from supplier to I.Q. Solutions Company.
